Hayward and Cupertino, CA (Onsite) Make a Difference Every Day Sped Consulting is seeking a passionate, qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in the Hayward Unified School District or Cupertino Union School District for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite position's primary goal is to provide direct speech and language services to students who are behind on their service hours, helping them catch up and reach their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, with a focus on those who are behind on service hours. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to measurable goal setting. Maintain compliance with all required documentation and reporting standards.

Qualifications:
