Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Key Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology California SLP license or eligibility (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred Consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFs) Previous school-based or pediatric experience advantageous Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Duties and Responsibilities Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans Document session notes, progress monitoring, and parent/teacher communications Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes Adapt to a caseload matched to your skills and assignment requirements This position offers a competitive hourly range of $50-$70, ensuring your expertise is well rewarded.
