Seeking professionals skilled in school settings with SLP and SLP-CCC credentials, this role allows you to apply your expertise to positively impact students' communication skills and academic achievement throughout the year.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities Passionate about student well-being and success Knowledge of current best practices, assessments, and intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' needs Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development Use evidence-based methods to facilitate communication and language development Offer consultative services to teachers and staff for student success in classrooms As part of this respected school-based team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful difference while developing your professional skills through a full-school-year assignment.
