Qualifications:

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply Background in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) and school documentation is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide quality speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Conduct thorough assessments and create measurable goals tailored to each student Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate Maintain up-to-date records and participate in IEP meetings Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering guidance to support student development
