Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Eligible for California state licensure Background in school settings or pediatric care preferred CFY candidates with pediatric or school SLP experience encouraged to apply Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Effective communicator able to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and create progress reports Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations Offer guidance and support to parents and classroom staff to facilitate optimal student outcomes
