Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, valid state licensure as an SLP Prior experience in a hospital or pediatric clinical environment preferred Knowledge of best practices for pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Responsibilities:
