What you bring:

Valid SLP license and CCC in California At least two years of experience working in California school settings Minimum one year of SEIS experience Demonstrated ability to supervise SLPAs (experience with facilitators is a plus) Expertise managing high referrals and varied caseloads Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired but not mandatory Willingness and ability to work onsite exclusively (telepractice not available) Open to both SLPs and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs); SLPAs are not considered for this role Your day-to-day responsibilities: Provide speech and language services for a diverse school-based caseload (full-time, 37.5 hours per week) Complete evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with communication needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create impactful learning environments Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements Supervise and mentor SLPAs, contributing to their professional growth Why this role stands out: Robust professional support and opportunity to lead by mentoring SLPAs Bilingual Spanish professionals are offered a competitive rate for their valued skills Work in an inclusive and welcoming school community Immerse yourself in a full-time, school-year schedule with a supportive onsite team Ready to make a difference in students lives?
