Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain prior to start) Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong communication and organizational abilities Collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations for students identified with speech and language difficulties Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct therapy both individually and in group settings Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and parents/guardians to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings, provide consultative services, and document all required progress Serve as an advocate and resource for speech-language needs within the school community This is a full-time, contract position for the full academic year, offering consistency and rewarding daily interactions with students and professionals alike.
