The role focuses on providing both direct and indirect speech-language services during the school day, Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm. You'll collaborate with a dedicated faculty and enjoy guaranteed hours with a structure that excludes additional district duties such as bus or parent pick-up responsibilities. Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students at the elementary grade level Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams Deliver therapy, maintain session notes, and track student progress Collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings as required during contracted hours
