Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist 💰 $50-$60/hour | 🕒 Flexible Schedule Lakeport Post Acute is excited to welcome a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist to our therapy team! What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy services under CFY supervision Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, therapy, and physicians Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately Educate residents and families on therapy goals and care plans What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) California SLP license or eligibility Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn Interest in working in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting Why Lakeport Post Acute?
