Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active California SLP license or eligibility Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP practice highly valued Proficient in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery Comfortable with a range of communication disorders and therapy techniques Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs and IEP goals Deliver in-person or teletherapy sessions according to district requirements Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
