Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity tailored for dedicated Speech-Language Pathology professionals for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a powerful impact supporting students across a K-12 district near Lemoore, CA. Whether you're a certified SLP-CCC, completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF), or an experienced SLPA, your expertise will be valued in helping students reach their highest potential.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active licensure or eligibility in California as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments Familiarity with IEP development, progress reporting, and goal setting Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance students' educational experience Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to progress monitoring, and document all therapy sessions per district guidelines Provide training, consultation, and support to school staff as needed This full-time opening lets you contribute meaningfully throughout the school year, supporting diverse learners in a dynamic educational environment.
