Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred Strong knowledge of evaluation tools and treatment strategies for various speech, language, and communication needs Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills Ability to adapt services and interventions for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders Deliver direct and consultative therapy in both individual and group settings Collaborate daily with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and adjust intervention plans Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and comply with local, state, and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and professional development initiatives In these roles, youll find meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, the chance to work with a supportive and innovative team, and the satisfaction of seeing real impact in childrens lives throughout the school year.
