What You'll Do:

Provide speech therapy services focused on communication and swallowing Build individualized treatment plans that support patient progress Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams Maintain accurate, compliant documentation Create a positive and engaging patient experience

What We're Looking For:

Licensed SLP in California SNF or rehab experience preferred Strong communication and clinical skills A dependable, team-oriented mindset
