This role involves providing specialized speech and language services within an educational setting, focusing on assessment and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Deliver therapy sessions targeting specific speech and language objectives Monitor and accurately document student progress and therapy outcomes Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including educators and healthcare professionals Engage families by providing education and involving them in the therapy process

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly valued Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment Capacity to work both independently and cooperatively with colleagues
