Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license for California, or eligibility to obtain Open to ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) holders, as well as strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience with K-12 students in school settings desirable Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and flexible in supporting students of varying abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with each student's goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student achievement Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Attend meetings, provide progress updates, and actively participate in multidisciplinary teams Offer guidance, resources, and in-class support as needed
