Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure Experience working in a school-based setting preferred Proficiency with AAC devices; strong background supporting various levels of student need Understanding of IEP processes and ability to maintain compliance documentation Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech/language evaluations Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct therapy to students with a range of communication needs Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses Integrate AAC technology and strategies to maximize student participation and progress Maintain accurate service records and documentation to ensure compliance This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful interventions while enjoying the variety of working at several sites.
