Desired Skills and Experience:

California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) Pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Comfort with a dynamic, elementary school caseload Collaborative approach with teachers, families, and school teams Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and eagerness to support diverse student needs

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and document progress Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create meaningful interventions Maintain accurate records and comply with school district procedures Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
