Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state Preferred experience working in school environments with Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school students Strong expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders Ability to adapt interventions across developmental stages and grade levels Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language needs for students in Pre-K through grade 12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and support staff Deliver therapy sessions, both individual and group, adapted to student needs Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal growth Consult with families and educators, providing strategies to support students in and out of the classroom Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of student goals Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations This dynamic contract opportunity allows you to flexibly support a wide spectrum of students while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals.
