Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program California state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Strong commitment to student progress in a school setting Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based therapy to support students individual needs Manage a 1:1 caseload, designing and implementing effective therapy plans Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports compliant with school and state policies Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized knowledge to develop appropriate goals Stay informed about best practices, continuing education, and current trends in speech therapy This is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise while working in a dynamic educational setting.
