Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) California state licensure or eligibility Previous experience as a school-based SLP preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in IEP development and progress tracking

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students goals Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students, individually and in groups Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies Maintain accurate documentation and data collection in line with school and state guidelines Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences This contract position offers the chance to meaningfully contribute to student growth, all while enjoying the flexibility and professional support of a school-based setting.
