Home Health / Geriatric Patient Care Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home health speech therapy services to patients in the Newport Beach, CA area. This is a 13-week LOA coverage assignment with a Monday through Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities Assess patients for speech therapy needs, impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. Review medical history and apply appropriate screening tests. Establish individualized treatment goals and speech pathology treatment plans. Collaborate with patients and families to establish a plan of care, including expected intensity and duration of therapy. Required Qualifications Experience with geriatrics required Preferred Qualifications Home health experience preferred. Experience working with geriatric patients in a home-based care environment.
