As a contract Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll deliver both on-site and potentially teletherapy services, working alongside educators and families to empower students in achieving their communication goals. Qualifications and Experience:
Current and valid SLP license (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY accepted Experience with school-aged children (K-12th grade) preferred Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation in a school or healthcare setting Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team Provide therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders Offer guidance to teachers and families to support student success Deliver services in both traditional and virtual environments as needed Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including highly competitive weekly pay, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, and more), a matching 401(k), and a flexible spending account.
