Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid and current SLP licensure in California CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates encouraged to apply Prior experience working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting preferred Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Comfortable working onsite in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address unique student needs Conduct screenings and participate in IEP meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings Foster a positive, inclusive environment that empowers students to reach their fullest potential As part of this role, you'll experience the fulfillment of helping children develop essential communication skills while working closely with a dedicated team of education professionals.
