Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure Preference for candidates holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy programs Deliver engaging, targeted therapy sessions Document and monitor student progress with attention to detail Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care Partner with families to involve them in the therapy journey
