Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Your Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates Maintain accurate documentation and student records in compliance with school and district guidelines Deliver both small group and individual therapy, adjusting interventions as needed
