Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in preschool education? This full-time position offers the chance to provide essential speech and language support to young learners, collaborating with a dynamic educational team. You'll be instrumental in helping students develop communication skills, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating interventions tailored to their individual needs. Qualifications:
Current California SLP License required ASHA Certification (CCC) is a must Certificate of Clearance (COC) required Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Familiarity with SEIS documentation preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-aged students in both individual and group settings Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for integrated student support Document progress and maintain records in accordance with state and federal guidelines Participate actively in meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development activities
