Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license, with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred Prior school-based SLP experience strongly desired Familiarity with IEP processes and case management Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Flexible approach; comfortable with caseload details to be assigned Open to travel assignments and adaptable to varied settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in line with IEP goals Conduct assessments, report findings, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records, document interventions, and participate in IEP meetings Employ evidence-based practices to maximize student potential Serve as a resource for staff on speech-language concerns Imagine working in a school district that values professionals from across the nation and offers an opportunity to have a significant impact on students' communication skills.
