Key Skills and Qualifications:

Current or eligible California Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) welcome Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering student success

What You'll Do:

Provide direct therapy and intervention to students based on individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication needs Collaborate proactively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning Manage a full-time caseload within high school, NPS, or private school environments
