Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in students' lives by working as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, contract opportunity will allow you to use your expertise to support children's communication needs, fostering meaningful progress and building valuable skills throughout the academic year.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential required Current state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly desirable Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to establish rapport with students, families, and educators
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and school teams Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support personnel to deliver integrated therapy services Support students in achieving their communication goals to promote educational success Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language issues
