Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience working in pediatric and school-based settings preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and best practices for K-8 student populations Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students TK-8 Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans and IEP goals Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and legal standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support strategies
