Job Description
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required Valid state SLP license, or eligibility for licensure in California Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamResponsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary, middle, or high school students Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students' academic success and social development Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practicesPerks Include:
