Multiple Locations Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity will serve students across multiple school sites and grade levels from preschool through 12th grade. The position includes a high overall caseload; however, approximately half of the caseload consists of non-public school students who typically require consultation or lower service minutes. The SLP will spend approximately three days per week in a public school setting supporting students in life skills programs and approximately two days per week serving students in non-public settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting students with diverse communication needs while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across a variety of educational settings.Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades P-12 Provide services to students in public school life skills programs Support students in non-public school settings through consultation and lower service minutes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Travel between assigned school sites as required Perform all duties expected of a school-basedSpeech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous school-based experience preferred Experience working with students with diverse communication and support needs preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively across multiple school settings Passion for supporting student growth and communication developmentWhat We Offer:
