Open Lines Speech and Communication, P.C. is an established boutique speech-language pathology practice with a long-standing presence in New York City and an expanding presence in Southern California. Our Redondo Beach office, located on Pier Plaza overlooking the coastline, provides a warm, welcoming environment where clinicians provide exceptional, individualized intensive services while helping shape the growth of an innovative practice. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our growing Southern California practice on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position as our practice continues to expand. This position involves providing individualized intensive speech-language pathology services in our Redondo Beach office, via telepractice, and occasionally in clients' homes throughout the South Bay. Clinicians will work with children and adults with neurogenic and non-neurogenic communication disorders across a broad range of communication needs Why Join Open Lines?

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and related disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Provide services in the clinic, through telepractice, and in clients' homes as needed
- Educate clients and care partners regarding recommendations, strategies, and home practice
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, educators, rehabilitation professionals, and other healthcare providers
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, client-centered practice culture Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for California licensure
- Eligible for New York State Speech-Language Pathology licensure to provide occasional telepractice services as needed
LSVT LOUD
® certification- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience treating adult and pediatric populations
- Experience with intensive programs is a plus
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and evidence-based therapy skills
- Knowledge of neurology and its impact on speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing
- Experience with telepractice is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Compassionate, proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach to care
- Ability to travel locally for occasional in-home visits Compensation Compensation is commensurate with experience.
