This contract role seeks an on-site SLP who thrives on collaboration and individualized care. Use your SLP-CCC credentials to empower students with diverse communication needs while working alongside dedicated educators and specialists.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) State licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students, families, and staff Commitment to delivering evidence-based, student-focused services
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Provide direct and consultative services according to students' IEPs Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school culture As part of this engaging role, you'll have the chance to shape communication skills and boost confidence for young learners over a fulfilling school year.
