73,000-94,000 (50-65/hr) About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Rohnert Park, California. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals improve their communication, language, speech, and swallowing abilities while providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports. Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programs. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required. California licensure generally requires a master's degree, supervised clinical experience, and successful completion of the required examination. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience 1+ years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working in pediatric, school-based, outpatient, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings. Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems.
