Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity to support student growth and communication skills across the elementary, middle, and high school levels as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. In this engaging contract role, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing direct services, evaluations, and tailored interventions for learners with diverse speech and language needs. Ideal candidates bring expertise in serving school-age populations and have a genuine passion for fostering student success. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of educational professionals and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), track progress, and help every student find their unique voice.
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver individual or small-group speech-language therapy Develop, update, and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Maintain thorough and compliant documentation Provide consultative services and resources to support inclusive classroom environments Participate in meetings, ongoing training, and schoolwide initiatives Travel professionals thrive in this flexible, supportive environment where their expertise makes a real difference every day.
