Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact by supporting students across transitional kindergarten through 12th grade in a vibrant educational community dedicated to fostering growth and learning. This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist holding an active CCC who is skilled at working effectively with diverse caseloads-from general education through moderate/severe needs. You'll collaborate with educators and families in a setting where every student has the opportunity to thrive. This position is fully onsite and welcomes both local professionals and travel candidates who are eager to engage directly with students and staff. You'll serve at both an elementary and a high school site, supporting a population of around 3,650 students. With a caseload that may reach up to 60 students, you'll play a key role addressing a broad range of communication disorders and fostering student success across various age groups.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence required (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure Experience in school settings preferred Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with communication needs Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Consult with teachers and families regarding intervention strategies Participate in IEP meetings and other collaborative team structures This school district values the expertise and dedication of its clinicians and is committed to providing a supportive work environment.
