Key Responsibilities:

Conduct auditory verbal therapy (AVT) assessments to determine the student's ongoing need for AVT services. Provide AVT sessions once per month lasting 60 minutes if services are warranted. Collaborate with school staff to support student communication development through AVT.

Qualifications:

Hold the national LSLS Cert. AVT certification. Possess a current state license in one of the following disciplines: Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Audiology, or Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH). Demonstrate experience working with auditory verbal therapy and related assessment procedures.
