As a specialized school licensed by the California Department of Education, we serve students aged 5 to 22 with ASD and similar developmental learning differences. Our commitment includes ongoing staff development, training, and support to implement the most effective therapies and emerging technologies, ensuring our students' success. What you'll do Collaborate within a transdisciplinary team to provide educational and therapeutic programs for students aged 5-22 with ASD. Assess and evaluate students' needs, developing individualized speech therapy plans. Plan and schedule individual and group therapy sessions. Create customized Speech therapy materials tailored to each student's requirements. Participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings, developing goals and objectives, and providing appropriate Speech therapy recommendations. Qualifications Valid Speech and Langauge Pathology license in the state of California. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program. Previous experience as an Speech and Language Pathologist is preferred but not required Benefits Competitive salary, based on education and experience Seven weeks of vacation, including Spring Break, Winter Break, Summer Break, paid legal holidays, and PTO days.
