Therapist-Centered Administrative Support:

Los Angeles County Riverside County San Bernardino County Orange County Ventura county San Diego County Including areas throughout the San Fernando Valley, like Sherman Oaks, Encino, Van Nuys, Northridge, Woodland Hills, Burbank, and surrounding communities. What You'll Do as a Speech Therapist /
SLP:
Provide speech therapy services in accordance with applicable law, physician orders, payer requirements, and the authorized plan of care. Evaluate patients in their homes and provide skilled speech therapy interventions related to speech, language, voice, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders, as clinically appropriate. Develop, update, and implement care plans consistent with clinical judgment, physician orders, payer requirements, and applicable professional standards. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication, swallowing safety, functional progress, and quality of life as clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with applicable payer, agency, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Current California Speech-Language Pathology / SLP license Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Professional liability insurance Passion for providing exceptional patient care Professional, responsive, and committed to high-quality documentation Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
