What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across: Receptive & expressive language Articulation & fluency Feeding/swallowing (if you like this area) AAC (augmentative and alternative communication)
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and feeding therapists in a highly supportive environment Flexible Scheduling That Fits Your Life We welcome traditional Monday-Friday 9-6 schedules, but also offer alternative options like: 5-day traditional work week 4-day work weeks with 10-hour shifts Split schedules such as some full days and shorter days Saturday availability for those who prefer weekends or want to increase earnings — Saturday sessions earn an additional $10 per billable hour We're committed to finding a rhythm that works for you and supports the children and families we serve.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed SLP (CF or SLPA) in California (REQUIRED) CCC from ASHA (REQUIRED) Experience in Pediatrics preferred Strong interest in collaborative, interdisciplinary care Newer therapists with the right mindset and drive are also welcome Why Join Our Team?
