This school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role will have you working on-site across preschool and middle school settings, making a meaningful difference for diverse age groups during a pivotal time in the school year. What We're Looking For:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active California SLP license Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Enthusiastic commitment to evidence-based therapy practices Effective communicator skilled at working with students, staff, and families Comfortable managing varied caseloads with students from preschool through middle school

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services following students' IEPs Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the multidisciplinary team Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for tailored interventions Adapt service delivery to meet the unique needs of each campus and schedule
