We partner with a district near San Lorenzo to support students' communication, participation, and access in meaningful, sustainable ways. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services (TK-12) within a district near San Lorenzo, CA. This role is best suited for an SLP who values clinical autonomy, strong team collaboration, and meaningful, functional outcomes in the educational setting . Core Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments in a school-based setting Develop IEP goals and educationally relevant recommendations that support student access, participation, and communication within the classroom Provide therapy targeting language, articulation, social communication, and functional communication Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support educational performance and communication access Deliver therapy aligned with student-centered, regulation-informed, and strengths-based approaches Maintain timely IEP documentation, progress reports, and compliance requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active CA SLP license required Preferred 2-3 years school-based experience Strong experience with IEPs, assessments, and school-based service delivery Clinical ability to develop clear, appropriate, and legally defensible educational recommendations Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Pay:
