Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We're seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to provide care and support to elementary-aged students in a supportive school-based environment. Whether you're already an experienced CCC-SLP or a recent graduate ready to begin your Clinical Fellowship (CFY), you'll find this contract position both rewarding and enriching. In this 37.5-hour-per-week role, you will collaborate closely with dedicated colleagues and expert supervisors to foster communication skills and help students thrive academically and socially. Supervision and mentorship are provided for Clinical Fellows, ensuring you have the guidance needed to flourish.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Open to both CCC-SLPs and CFY-SLPs Experience or strong interest in pediatric/elementary caseloads Knowledgeable in school-based therapy and IEP processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech/language therapy to elementary students Create and implement effective treatment plans in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and participate in meetings to support student growth Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards
