Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist, working full-time with K-12 students throughout the school year. This supportive and welcoming school environment values the expertise, compassion, and clinical skills you bring to help students thrive. The role begins August 10, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027. In this position, you'll enjoy guaranteed hours and compensation for both direct and indirect services, with the peace of mind that there are no extra school duties such as bus or parent pick-up outside your contracted time. For professionals traveling from out of the area, stipend eligibility adds an extra incentive.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible California SLP licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is highly valued Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities Commitment to providing exceptional assessment, therapy, and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students Develop individualized education plans and monitor student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support communication goals Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate Provide both direct intervention and consultation services Full-time employees receive access to comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and dental coverage, along with a 401k plan.
