Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a real impact in students' lives by supporting PreK through 8th grade learners during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) eager to work collaboratively and provide exceptional care within a supportive school environment. You'll work three days per week, with 6.5-hour days, giving you valuable flexibility while maintaining a steady schedule during the academic year. You'll manage a caseload of approximately 29 students who require direct speech services, including 6 students for whom you'll also serve as case manager. Your setting will offer the chance to foster growth and communicative success among children from diverse backgrounds, all within a vibrant community. Qualifications & Preferred Experience Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active SLP state license or eligibility Experience working with school-aged children, especially PK-8th grade Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Previous IEP development/implementation experience strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress Serve as case manager for designated speech-only students Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team Adapt interventions to address the unique needs of each student Benefits & Perks Consistent weekly schedule - three days per week, 6.5 hours per day Academic-calendar contract, leaving summers free Opportunity to make a meaningful difference for a manageable caseload If you're a compassionate SLP passionate about student growth, your expertise could help shape the communication skills of the next generation. for your chance to contribute to a positive and rewarding school-based clinical experience!
