Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong skills will also be considered Prior experience or strong interest in working in school settings Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support Conduct regular progress monitoring and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with district policies
