Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year, working with an elementary school caseload near Santa Clara, CA! This contract position is open to SLPs with their CCC, Clinical Fellows (CFY), and those passionate about pediatric populations. Collaborate in a dynamic educational environment where your expertise and commitment can have a transformative impact on young learners' communication and academic growth throughout the full school year. What you'll bring: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active or eligible California SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language disorders Prior school-based experience (preferred, not required) Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Key responsibilities: Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students, both individually and in groups Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes Offer consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in school planning Engage in professional growth and stay current with best practices in school-based SLP interventions Perks you'll enjoy: Opportunity to make a real difference in student lives Work-life balance with a school-year schedule Supportive team atmosphere and mentorship for CF candidates Access to clinical resources and ongoing professional development If you're dedicated to enhancing children's communication skills and ready to thrive in a supportive, school-based environment, we want to hear from you!
