Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity (8:00-4:30) lets you work with both elementary and high school students, offering a diverse and dynamic caseload of 45-50 students. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference in a vibrant educational environment located near the scenic Santa Cruz area.
Desired Qualifications:
Current or pending CA SLP licensure ASHA CCC or eligible CFY status Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering student growth through evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication needs Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions for students across elementary and high school ages Maintain up-to-date and accurate caseload documentation Contribute to school-wide efforts supporting students' social and academic achievement This opportunity places you at the heart of a collaborative community focused on student success.
